Our Dress Up Birthday Tea Party for Girls is an event that your special Birthday Girl will never forget, and the best part for you, Mom, is that we do provide everything but the gifts! All our tea parties are available any day of the week but our most popular days are Saturday and Sunday; the set times are 11-1, 2-4 or 5-7 on weekends so it is suggested you contact us early to ensure your reservation is available. Everything for our Girls’ Fantasy Tea Parties includes:

Each party includes decorated table settings with centerpieces and flowers (Candles per request) We are able to provide an 8 foot table with up to 12 chairs, white cloth chair covers with hot pink or purple sashes and bows, (or we can decorate using your dining set) – our linen & lace table cloths, cloth napkins and jeweled napkin rings, decorative jewels, and table ‘scatter’ are provided either way.

- Treat cups with either mini M&M’s or trail mix (contains dried fruits and nuts)
- P B & J or all jelly finger sandwiches
- Seasonal fruit and cheese skewers
- Relish cups with pickles, baby carrots and olives
- “Tea” choices- (one per group please) pink lemonade, herbal fruit tea, milk, or juice
- Custom cupcakes with sprinkles and picks
- A special birthday balloon for the birthday girl (subject to availability)
We do it all! Each party at our charming tea room is fully decorated with elegance and an atmosphere sure to delight any party princess.
The cost is a flat rate of $275 for up to 10 party participants at our facility, plus $20 for each additional child with a maximum of 20. If you would like us to customize with a theme, we charge $25.00 extra for Frozen, Mad Hatter etc. Do to limited space please keep adult guests also to 18 max. We do offer a lesser rate for smaller parties of 5 or less for $175.00 (NOT AVAILABLE FOR MOBILE PARTIES, sorry!) Please call for details. We are able to accommodate parties with less than two weeks advance notice based on availability so please contact us if this is the case however, please keep in mind that your preferred time and date may not be available. Mobile tea parties begin at $350.00 for up to 10 guests if the venue is within 25 miles of The Tea Room location. Beyond that distance we charge a small surcharge of $10.00 per additional 5 miles. Over 10 guests are an additional $20.00 each. A deposit of $100 is required to secure the date and time for any of our events. In all fairness, the reservation will be given to the one who provides the earliest deposit. Check availability on our calendar page! The Dress-up Tea Parties usually last 2 hours and are offered 11:00 am to 1:00, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Saturday is our most popular party day but we can accommodate parties any day of the week. Please allow about 3 1/2- 4 hours total for the mobile teas to complete set up and cleanup. Your deposit secures the date and time of your preference. Cancellations made less than 30 before are subject to a $25.00 booking fee. One reschedule is free of charge providing the changed date is available. Second changes will be subject to a $25.00 re scheduling fee. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SECURED BY THE EARLIEST PAID DEPOSIT.
IMPORTANT: Your event has a 2 hour time limit. We regularly schedule more than one event per day. To insure that each of our clients is able to enjoy the full reservation time they paid for, please be on time. We make everything fresh for your party; the amount you will be expected to pay on your final bill is based on the number of guests you confirm the Thursday before your event. Late arrivals will have a shortened event time and they may not get to enjoy all of the features of the party. PLEASE BE COURTEIOUS TO THOSE WITH PARTIES AFTER YOURS- WE ARE NOT ABLE TO EXTEND YOUR EVENT TIME DUE TO LATE ARRIVING GUESTS.
The earliest age birthday celebrated is age 3. Your guests are welcome to bring younger children but they must be supervised by the parent at all times. Boys are welcome, there is an additional wardrobe for them. We usually spike or faux-hawk their hair and draw on moustaches and goatees. (Brothers sometimes enjoy being a photographer.) Please let us know in advance if you have boys attending so that we can accommodate them.
Parents, Grandparents, and other interested parties are invited to attend and are not included in the final headcount. On site adult guests receive complimentary tea, coffee and a sweet tray. Appetizer plates are available for $8.00 each (each serves 4) and adult cupcakes are $1.00 each. We make every attempt to offer food in accordance to nut, gluten, dairy, egg & vegetarian/vegan diets but please understand we must have advance notice. If your child has a severe allergy, please know that our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts & other items of sensitivity have been used, it may be wise to bring food you have prepared yourself if this is a concern. This is the only time we can allow outside food. If you have a specialty cake you would like to bring please let us know. We are happy to serve that for you. We are able to share the menu with you so that you can match it and still meet your specific needs. Cameras are welcome and encouraged. You’ll want lots of pictures for friends, relatives and that special scrapbook.
