CHILDRENS DRESS UP PRINCESS TEA PARTY:
Thank you for your interest in the Tea Room for your celebration! Our parties are normally scheduled from 11:00-1:00, 2:00-4:00 or 5:00-7:00, however- during the week we are a little more flexible and can usually schedule your event at a convenient time for you and your guests. The price is $275.00 for up to 10 girls or $175.00 for 5 or less and $20.00 each thereafter The price includes as many invitations as you need, use of the fantasy wardrobe room with over 250 different gowns, boas, hats, jewelry and accessories in sizes 2T-26W. (Mommy’s are welcome to join in the fun!) The staff assists the girls in the salon for hair styling and light make up application, if desired. A mini fashion show is held with the parents as the paparazzi and we arrange for a group pic also.. Our birthday girl wears her choice of tiara and is seated in a throne with her balloon and a service bell to summon us when she or her guests need anything. Lunch is served beginning with little “glass slipper” candy cups with gummy bears. We serve your choice of fruit cups or a relish cup to start off your princess tea. You also get your choice of the four tea sandwich offerings, “lil smokies” sausages and cheese cubes on picks, chicken nuggets (or vegetarian alternative), and tater tots. Each girl receives her own teapot and there are 4 beverage choices for the group. I can bake either standard cupcakes or bake them in ice cream cones with the birthday girls choice of batter, frosting, and sprinkles and of course we do the birthday song together! The girls then gather around and our staff assists with the gift opening. We log each and who the giver was and send you home with thank you notes. After gifts, the girls change and then choose a party favor from the treasure chest. The birthday girl also receives a special little gift from us. I offer hot coffee & tea and fresh sweets for the adults, and there is a separate area with seating for them. We also have appetizer plates with fresh grilled artisan breads, a make your own sandwich tray and/or adult cupcakes for an extra charge. Once you decide to book your party, I will send you a party planner with all of this information so you can email me back your choices, questions etc. The parties are two hours long and I do require a $100.00 deposit to secure your choice of date and time. It is suggested you book early as the schedule can fill up quickly and it is on a first pay, first choice basis. Because we arrange each event by the information you provide- please make sure you confirm the attendance of your guests. Changes of 3 or more may be subject to an overstaffing fee of $25.00 per each extra staff. If you require extensive menu modification we a happy to oblige but this may incur a small surcharge to cover the cost of additional items not normally carried at the tea room. Royal Goody Bags (boy or girl) $4.00 each (a fun variety of stickers, jewelry, candies, lip balm, bubbles, pencils, temporary tattoos, small toys, rings etc. in a decorative loot bag, tied with a wand and tulle bow.)
Adult Nibbles: Appetizer trays with grilled artisan bread include 4 fruit and cheese and 4 veggie and cheese mini kabobs each. $8.00 and feeds about 4. Self-serve sandwich trays include turkey, ham, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, mustard and mayo with soft bakery rolls. Served with fresh fruit garnish and kettle style chips. $5.00 per person.
Standard size adult cupcakes are $1.00 each.

PLEASE NOTE- THE MILWAUKIE LOCATION IS NO LONGER OPEN. WE ARE NOW LOCATED AT 1114 MOLALLA AVENUE IN OREGON CITY. GOOGLE HAS NOT YET MADE THE CHAGE I REQUESTED. IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED IF YOU WOULD REMIND YOUR GUESTS- THE CORRECT ADDRESS IS ON THE INVITATION. Thanks so much for your understanding!
It is suggested that you mail out your invitations (included) no later than 2 weeks in advance (earlier for out-of-towners) If there are any menu items you would like modified please give us as much notice as possible. We can usually accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, dairy/egg free, vegan, nut free diets but do not always have these items in stock. There may be a small surcharge for items we do not have available in inventory. For severe allergies, the child’s parent may wish to pack their lunch as we do prepare all of our dishes in a commercial kitchen where there has been nuts, dairy, gluten, meats and eggs. A $100.00 deposit is required to secure ALL reservations. You may change your event date or time free of charge the first time. (Subject to availability) Additional changes result in a $25.00 rescheduling fee. All cancellations will retain a cancellation fee of $25.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days before your event may result in the loss of your entire deposit. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR FINAL HEADCOUNT AS THIS IS THE NUMBER YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR. We make arrangements for each party and staff according to the information you provide 3 days prior to your event. Most people will RSVP, however- it is now suggested that you contact people the week before if you have not heard from them by your RSVP cut-off date. We have made a revision to our invites that states the importance of the confirmation. Should you not respond to us with your choices by the 3 day cut off- we will revert to our most popular menu: PB&J tea sandwiches, chicken nuggets and tots, fruit cups, confetti cupcakes with pink frosting and pink lemonade. We frequently have multiple events on weekends and purchase perishables on a weekly basis. It is imperative to have your information in order to provide our very best service. We greatly appreciate your understanding and consideration!
Last minute changes in your headcount can be made up to one hour before your arrival by texting or calling: (971) 235-1835. Your party is scheduled for 2 hours. We cannot run over if guests are late as we frequently have other events the same day. Will add a $25.00 staffing fee for last minute changes of 3 or more guests. FULL LUNCHEON TEA PARTIES:
JOIN US TO CELEBRATE ANY OCCASION WITH AFTERNOON TEA! Price is $20.00 per person (add $5.00 each to use the dress up room) We do require a reservation and your group should be at least 6 people for us to host your tea. Occasionally we can “piggyback” on another reservation- but it is at the discretion of the other group.

AS WE SERVE LUNCH FAMILY STYLE ON TIERED SERVERS.
Your choice of plain or flavored scones with butter and jam (clotted cream and curd available upon request) plus one additional sandwich choice from the list below
along with our signature cucumber tea sandwiches-
Choose from the following:
Chicken salad on croissants, dilled egg salad roll ups, ham with pineapple cream cheese, bacon avocado and tomato on Ciabatta, or sliced turkey with cranberry cream cheese. Select dark or light bread. Cucumber is served on white bread unless otherwise specified.
*You may have deep dish quiche instead of tea sandwiches. (Quiche is made with some or all of the following: diced ham or bacon, broccoli or spinach, onions, mushrooms, peppers and Swiss cheese or feel free to substitute your favorites.)
Please choose a tossed green salad with homemade Ranch and Balsamic salad dressing OR
A homemade cream of mushroom, vegetarian vegetable, chicken noodle, tomato and basil, creamy chicken and wild rice, or loaded baked potato soup. We are happy to offer soup and salad for your guests to choose when they come.
Your tea will also feature a trio of desserts that may include: gourmet brownies, lemon bars, French macaroons, fruit topped butter cake, cheesecakes, fruit cobbler, cupcakes, mini cream puffs, mini chocolate eclairs, or shortbread cookies. If you prefer something special please make sure you let us know well ahead of time!
Gluten free, dairy or sugar free choices are available but must be ordered in advance.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FOODS ARE MADE IN OUR COMMERCIAL KITCHEN WHERE NUTS OR NUT PRODUCTS, GLUTEN CONTAINING FOODS, EGGS, OR DAIRY PRODUCTS MAY HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN USED.
Dietary modifications can be accommodated with reasonable notice. Specialty items such as gluten or sugar free products not normally carried in our inventory may incur a small surcharge. 2 shower games including prizes can be added to your party for an additional $25.00. If your guest list is large, we may not be able to open all gifts during your tea as we often schedule up to three events in any one day. We have a variety of decor available please let us know if you have something specific in mind that fits your theme. A final headcount is due no later than 3 days prior to your event. Each tea is allowed a full 2 hours so it is very important to have your guests arrive on time. Latecomers may still join you, but all selections may not be available after your tea begins. We are on a tight schedule to fit all courses into 2 hours, your understanding is appreciated! Any additional time past the allotted 2 hours will be at $50.00 per half hour & $75.00 per hour, as our schedule permits. Please understand that we shop, set up and prep for each tea based on the information you provide- this is the number you will be expected to pay for. A $100.00 deposit is required to secure any reservation. In the event that you must cancel your tea the deposit will be forfeited for cancellations with less than 30 days notice unless the event is rescheduled or the slot is filled. If your deposit is retained, you may reschedule anytime our schedule permits. You are always welcome to use our hats that are scattered about the tea room free of charge, if any guests wish to use the Fantasy Wardrobe Room we will simply add $5.00 each to their tea price.
We do not include an automatic gratuity. If you feel your experience warrants, a ‘tip’ is greatly appreciated by your staff.
